is it
A registered
retirement plan that is designed to accommodate the needs
of the higher income earner. Current pension plan designs
do not enable the senior executive to shelter through company
sponsored plans or even a Registered Retirement Plan to
ensure they have adequate income at retirement.
This

needs and will “top up” other pension arrangements.
